I've added items to my cart and then they suddenly disappeared! What happened?

You may have encountered a bug that arises in the the interaction between The Source, https (the secure communications link we use), and WebKit-based browsers like Safari and Chrome and happens when shopping switches from insecure (regular http) to secure (https). If this bug has bit you, please try the following:

  1. Empty your browser cache (it's in the Apple menu in Safari);
  2. Click on this link: User account/login. If you're prompted to login, please do so. If you're already logged in, you can continue.

Then you can do all your shopping in https mode, and everything should work.
