What happened with Yahoo and AOL emails?

In early May, Yahoo and AOL implemented new email policies that said, effectively, "any email that doesn't come directly from one of our servers should be treated as spam." This policy broke most mailing lists on the internet (including ours). To work around this issue, the list moderator will forward any email from a member who has a yahoo.com or aol.com email address.

Turns out that sbcglobal.net is part of Yahoo, and has the same problem.

If you are a Yahoo, sbcglobal.net, or AOL user and would like to avoid this problem, you can change your membership email address to gmail, hotmail, or another provider that does not have such a policy. You can change your email address at http://origamiusa.org/user/me/edit when logged in to your website account.
