The OrigamiUSA Teaching Award honors an outstanding origami teacher, particularly of children. The award goes to an OrigamiUSA member who has done meaningful work that has been recognized. The committee also considers voluntary teaching of origami and teaching of diverse populations. Nominations can be made at any time, but must be received by April 1 to be given in the current year.
