The Joy of Templates

An exploration of a technique that uses an extra sheet of paper to create a tool to simplify the repetitive creation of similar creases, especially for creating modulars. Examples will include: How to create a book fold without a central crease; how to create a blintz fold without marking the center of the paper; a faster way to divide several sheets of paper into thirds or fifths. This class may be of special interest for those planning to take my workshops in either the Sonobè Module or Waterbomb Base Modules, but the technique demonstrated can be helpful for a wide range of models.
