Our Origami Connect Summer session will take us around the world, learning models from creators from 6 different continents. We hope you sign up for the full itinerary! Our journey will start in North America with Jane Rosemarin teaching Sweet Paper’s Balloon (Secret) Box. You can make this with some left-over maps from your previous travels. This is our kick-off event and your completed box will serve as a place to store your keepsakes from your travels.

Decorative papers look good, and two coordinating patterns or one pattern and one solid are especially attractive. For your first try, choose a pattern (or solid color) that doesn’t hide the creases and a paper that holds a crease well. Copy paper is good. Foil would be terrible. Only one side shows. Optional: A ribbon or cord for hanging the model.
