These four Semi-adjacent Planar Tilings patterns were discovered in March 2020. They represent the next steps of exploration after the Half-adjacent Tilings.

The two rectangle motif patterns can be folded directly from a 45-degree grid without additional precreasing. The Right Triangle Rings pattern requires minimal precreasing, and the Half-adjacent Squares with X's pattern requires either extensive precreasing or all diagonals in the grid.

Crease patterns show several repeats of the motif. Red lines represent mountain folds and blue dashed lines represent valley folds.
