This presentation introduces expanding perspective of the efficacy of origami based on Enrichment Origami Art Therapy, which Toshiko has been promoting for more then 10 years. An approach, Origami as a tool of art therapy, has been practiced for mentally ill, aging, as well as people who are affected by 3.11 disaster in Japan. She also formed a group called Origami Therapy Association (OTA), which members practice clinical use of origami in prison, community centers and schools for people with disadvantages, and institutions. This presentation is consisted from varieties of recent work experiences of several members. Non Lecture or presentation of a paper, with minimal demonstration and no class participation.
