Iris Folding: Greeting Cards

Iris folding is taking narrow strips of paper, folding them lengthwise, and taping them to the back of an open template in a spiral resembling an old fashioned camera iris. Participants will complete one or two card panels or cards. The first card will be a choice from a variety of patterns that come with instruction sheets. The second card will be from an origami themed pattern I created, most likely a choice of a couple of different cranes. The crane pictured is the first pattern I created.
