We will be folding an elephant on a base/pedestal, both part of the same sheet. If time, I can also show the other elements of the display (flags, balls, supports).
Supplies:
Foil paper is best to allow for some shaping, particularly of the trunk. However, if you don't have foil, regular kami will do (but you might opt to add a tiny bit of tape/glue to keep the base from popping out). Size of sheet: 15cm (6 inches) if you are comfortable with origami, otherwise start with a slightly larger sheet like 25cm (10 inches).
