Description:
This envelope gets my vote as (by far!) the best origami envelope ever devised. Simple and practical, it makes good use of the paper. It is scalable, giftable. I will provide free paper in various sizes (to fit dollar bills, checks, or gift cards). It's a great envelope for organizing crease patterns, cut paper, etc. While I think this envelope is pretty simple, it is low intermediate (due to a few folds that may be confusing to beginners). Fellow students should be able to help less gifted folders. Since this model is reasonably simple, I am hoping to be done in less than 45 minutes, in which case I will fill in the remaining time by showing how to fold a pixel unit (for modular origami).
