Robin Lynn Kraut, a member since April 1991, annual convention attendee, and prolific folder passed away May 2024 from ovarian cancer. Pictured are us and our creations at the 2019 Convention at St. John's University. And, when participants were asked to perform for a talent show at the Raw Food Institute in Simsbury, CT in April 2016, Robin chose to teach folding a heart. As she was involved in origami long before I knew her, your memories and photographs are most welcome to be added. And, by the way, the multi-talented Robin was also a gardener, educator, occupational therapist, beekeeper, hiker, bicyclist, knitter, musician, basket maker, baker, and best of all my soulmate.

Dear Robin,
I will miss seeing you at the origami conventions! I'll never forget your radiant smile and kind enthusiasm for what I shared at OrigamSpirit.com. I especially remember how you liked my idea of printing an image on a paper to fold the traditional origami shirt. I appreciate our correspondence and your envelope for seeds based on the paper cup.
