This is a remote class that will be presented on a screen to students in a classroom at FIT by a teacher who is off-site. The Wheat Ears model is folded from a strip of paper in a ratio of length to width of 4:1. You can comfortably fold it in A3 paper cut in three strips ( around 40_10cm). Paper will be provided to the students. The design has been rethought for a workshop at the last French Convention at Colmar Trois-Épis. Aurèle Duda is a French paper artist who designs papers and origami artworks inspired by morphogenesis, biology and music. He developed an origami design technique (Sandfold) focused on non-standard folding. Aurèle is a board member of the French Origami Society (MFPP) and owner of the French Origami Forum, pliagedepapier.com.
