Finally, I will have a chance to teach this little origami jewel by Roman Diaz! (Meant for Special Sessions 2020) It is a 3D bird that makes a nice shelf or plant ornament. Fold this intermediate model with tips for shaping and prepping paper for color changes.

Supplies:
For the classic Cardinal, you will be need duo red/black paper but regular blue/white kami paper makes a credible Blue Jay. 15cm/6 inch works well but if you're unsure of your abilities, use 25cm/10 inch papeer.
