March 21–April 11 EDT
Origami University will be an online event hosted on Gather.town and Zoom.
The Event
The OrigamiUSA Junior Board is planning Origami University, an event to share the concepts of geometric, representational, and STEM applications of origami. This event will serve both as a showcase of the modern day universe of origami while providing a starting point for people to build connections and form community. We hope to introduce origami as both a serious artform and a tool with broad interdisciplinary applications.
Highlights
- Four full days of instruction on representational, geometric, and STEM applications of origami.
- Live classes with special guests.
- Two-track class format includes model folding, lectures and techniques.
