Toshikazu Kawasaki taught this dragon at the 2011 OrigamiUSA convention (the reference is to a fountain in a park in Barcelona). It is a box pleated lizard (dragon) that is fun to fold and always brings a smile. Box pleating requires accuracy, and this is a good model to learn to fold 16ths .
