Paper Puppetry

Learn to fold a handful (pun intended) of simple paper puppets and then learn basic puppetry techniques showing how to bring them to life. One puppet is from "Trick Origami" by Yoshide Momotani; others are from "Folding Paper Puppets" by Shari Lewis & Lillian Oppenheimer. There will be a cut for one of the models but it will be fine if students tear the paper. No need for scissors. Materials will be provided for the class.
