As many of you know, this is the time of year we usually ask for models for the Annual Gift which is provided to those attending the Origami Holiday Tree Lighting at the American Museum of Natural History (AMNH). We realize our members look forward to participating in this activity, which we had to curtail during the past few years. Unfortunately, we will have these constraints again this year since the AMNH is limiting the number of volunteers that can come into the museum.

As we did last year, the Lehigh Valley Origami Enthusiasts group will be creating models to give to the AMNH employees on the day that the Origami Holiday Tree is opened. There will not be a large Tree Lighting event. The model we have chosen is a Lady Bug created by Michal Kosmulski, modified by Sara Adams to highlight the American Museum of Natural History's exhibit of extinct and endangered insects.

If you would like to fold the model you can watch the instructional video created by Sara Adams.

Please DO NOT send completed models to the OrigamiUSA office, as we do not have staff available to sort the models.

Happy Folding!
