We kicked off our second annual matching fundraising event at PCOC 2017! We are excited to report that we are already halfway to our goal of $10,000!! Reaching our goal will give us an extra $5,000 in matching funds!! Don’t pass up this opportunity to stretch your dollars and help OrigamiUSA continue to offer quality services and programs. PLEASE donate now! For every $2 you donate, we will get an additional $1 in matching funds.
Our very generous, long-time member and her husband have increased their donations from 2016, and are now offering matching funds up to $2,000! ALSO the members of the OrigamiUSA Board of Directors are donating up to $3,000 in matching funds. This means we will receive an extra $5,000 in matching money IF we can raise $10,000 by DECEMBER 31, 2017. Our original match donor is excited about all that OrigamiUSA has to offer, but local groups are especially near and dear to her heart. She says,
“I am happy that OrigamiUSA was able, through the COGs, to select two talented and creative young folders who had never before attended an origami convention to receive scholarships to attend PCOC 2017. What a great opportunity!”
