We are a research origami group based primarily in Mexico City and Madrid, Spain. Our research expertise and focus is on: 1) Origami as an educational tool in higher education for viso-spatial learning for designers, architects and engineers 2) Origami as a tool for cognitive stimulation in people with dementia. We have been collaborationg with the Mexican Alzheimer´s Society for over 5 years. We are currently finishing an origami manual with excersices for people with dementia and their caregivers and family. Manual will be available for free from our webpage by February 2019. 3) Origami as a Product Service System for stress management. This project is currently part of a PhD in engineering from one of our team members.
