Tessellations

Learn to fold several beginner tessellation models from a triangle grid. Triangle Grid models: Spread Hexagons, Triangle Twist, 3.6.3.6, pinwheel, and example of the star-puff from Spread Hexagons. Multiple techniques: triangle grid, grid from square or rectangle, hexagon from square or rectangle, grid from hexagon. Students fold multiple grids and learn tessellations from each. Students can bring pre-grid-ed papers to learn more tessellations.
