This is a modular ring made of simple and versatile units that can be connected in various ways. Even number (2n) of units can form a regular ring and odd number (2n+1) can form mobius ring. The ring in the photo has 11 units (3/4" squares) and the bracelet has 19 (1" squares). Students can choose to make a ring with any number of units with squares of any size. Other applications of this unit will be shown in the class too. Bring scissors or paper cutter to make smaller squares. Students may or may not finish the model in the class depending on what they try to make.
