The Koi by LaFosse is published in a Tuttle kit, Amazing Origami. I'd call it a low intermediate model…almost simple…but you need to know inside-reverse folds. Michael La Fosse is the creator and I have taught a lot of his models. Most folders with a little experience would know his work. I will provide the paper.
