African Elephant

This African Elephant is constructed using tiled 22.5 degree bases. While somewhat abstract in form, it has reasonably well proportioned flaps for the legs, tail, ears, tusks, head, mouth and trunk. The square-edge to model-length ratio is roughly 3 to 1. While this model can be folded from very small squares, I would recommend a confident folder should start with no smaller than 6" square.
