Invented by celebrated book artist Hedi Kyle when she lived in Philadelphia during the blizzards of 1996, this folding sequence makes a book — spine and pages into which more pages can be incorporated. The basic blizzard book structure is complete in and of itself, and it lends itself to adaptation and embellishment. This class will also include instructions for a simple (SIMPLE!) pocket page that can be incorporated into the book. Be prepared to make accurate concertina folds in large rectangles.
