Regular origami “kami” works but stiffer Tant brand paper and even square printer paper make deeper hoof klip-klops. But don’t scoff at its three legs because you’ll miss all of the fun horsing around we’ll have. The ability to fold accurately and crisply is highly recommended for this model. It's also best to use 10 inch or larger paper.
