Most origami modular rings are formed from units folded from squares. In this class, we explore several of the many simple but elegant rings that can be easily assembled with tightly-locked units folded from equilateral triangles. After learning how to fold and one-cut an equilateral triangle shape from a square, you will learn how to make several modular rings and be given general guidance on how to make many more on your own. Some models will be folded from 6 units, some from 12. Simple to low-intermediate folding skills and the ability to fold accurately.
