This area involves Set-Up and Breakdown, and also the position of Exhibition Manager, which is a supervisory position. Volunteer shifts are 2-3 hours at a time. Responsibilities include oversight for the safety of the Exhibit and providing supervision for exhibitor volunteers as needed. If you would like one of these positions you will be briefed ahead of time. This is an excellent opportunity for a parent/guardian volunteer.
Volunteers will clean, cover and arrange tables for the Exhibition. Moving of tables is required.
From 5pm – 7pm, volunteers will monitor the entry of exhibitions.

Expedite the removal of exhibits and the packing up of exhibition supplies (tablecloths, boxes, etc.)
Overseeing the Exhibition Volunteers. Explaining responsibilities and Exhibition rules and etiquette. Trouble-shooting any problems that arise. Reporting status to Ruthanne Bessman, Exhibition Chair.

The exhibition needs to be moved out of the way for a Manhattan college event Saturday evening. Some lifting will be required.
