Paper Chains & Puffy Stars

Students will learn to make colorful paper chains designed by David Shall and beautiful traditional puffy stars suitable for party decorations. Each student will receive a kit with paper to make paper chains in three different sizes and puffy stars in two sizes. They will also receive a needle and craft thread for stringing the stars into a garland.
