Pseudo Hexagonal Flasher

In this class I will teach a new flasher model I recently designed which was inspired by Luke Meng's request for me "to teach a geometric model, perhaps one of your flashers, on the geometric day." This model, the Pseudo Hexagonal Flasher, is what I came up with, and it actually has opened the door to a whole new group of flashers which I call Pseudo Triangular Flashers.
