PCOC 2009 General Information

General Schedule

Early arrivals interested in volunteering a few hours are welcomed to check-in with the San Francisco PCOC organizing team. We will be on site starting from Tuesday, November 3.

Thursday November 5th

• 6:00-8:00pm — Wine & Cheese Reception – location tbd

Friday November 6th

• 9:00-10:00 — Friday Seminar Registrations – Lower Lobby Foyer
• 10:00-12:00 — Friday Morning Seminars – Lower Lobby classrooms
• 10:00-5:00 — Exhibition set-up Crystal Ballroom
• 10:00-5:00 — Model Menu set-up Gold Rush Ballroom
• 1:00-2:00 — Friday Seminar Afternoon Registrations – Lower Lobby Foyer
• 1:00-11:00 — Hospitality Area open – Gold Rush Ballroom
• 1:00-5:30 — PCOC Registration opens – Lower Lobby Foyer
• 12:00-1:50 — Lunch break on your own
• 2:00-5:00 — Friday Afternoon Seminars – Lower Lobby classrooms
• 6:00-8:00 — Welcome Reception – Emerald Ballroom
• 8:00-10:00 — Exhibition open for PCOC attendees – Crystal Ballroom
• 11:00-??? — Late night folding area open – location tbd

Saturday November 7th

• 8:00 — Registration open, doors open - Lower Lobby, Gold Rush Ballroom
• 8:00-11:00pm — Hospitality Area open – Gold Rush Ballroom
• 8:30-9:30 — Class ticketing begins – Gold Rush Ballroom
• 9:45 — Welcome address, announcements – Gold Rush Ballroom
• 10:00-12:00 — PCOC classes – Lower Lobby classrooms
• 10:00-6:00 — PCOC exhibit opens (PCOC attendees) – Crystal Ballroom
• 10:30-4:30 — PCOC exhibit opens (public invited) – Crystal Ballroom
• 12:00-1:50 — Lunch break, please pickup by 1:00pm – Emerald Ballroom
• 2:00-5:00 — PCOC classes – Lower Lobby classrooms
• 6:00-7:00 — Cocktail Hour – no-host bar – Emerald Ballroom
• 7:00-9:00 — Buffet Dinner – Emerald Ballroom
• 9:00-11:00 — Entertainment, including Origami Game Show – Emerald Ballroom
• 11:00-??? — Late-night folding area open – location tbd

Sunday November 8th

• 8:00 — Registration open, doors open - Lower Lobby, Gold Rush Ballroom9:00 Class ticketing begins – Gold Rush Ballroom

• 5:00 — PCOC ends, clean-up & pack away. All exhibit and model-menu models must be picked up by 6:00 pm.

Monday November 9th

Post convention tours, several options may be available; optional, additional fees apply. Information will be posted here when available.
