Area Coordinator-Komo Gauvreau and Jun Hamamoto. These volunteers are the faces first seen as people arrive and check in. Volunteers help set up the registration packets and Survival Kits on Thursday, and distribute to attendees as they check in on during check in hours.

Task: Handing out Packets and Bags
Volunteers hand out registration packets and bags. Volunteers must be welcoming, stand on their feet, deal with people under pressure and handle a high volume at times. Must be able to find packets quickly, arranged in alphabetical order, and troubleshoot issues that arise with meals, Tshirts, etc.
