Registration is limited to 125 people taking classes; those not taking classes (e.g., guardians or companions) don't count against this limit. Class-taking registration options will be closed when we reach this limit. We will open a waitlist (see link below) when we reach maximum capacity.

Do you have a non-folding companion with you? They must also complete their own registration form.

Guardians are required for children under 18. They are not permitted in the classrooms unless they are allowed by the teacher, but may sit in the Community Folding Area or outside the classrooms. If you are an Aide for someone with special needs, please register as well. If Guardians and Aides would like to attend the Saturday Buffet Dinner they can add it to their Registration form.

If you are attending the Saturday Buffet Dinner and have food allergies or special dietary needs, please put that in the comments at the bottom of the registration form when you register.

Cancellations

  • If you can’t attend you need to let us know as soon as possible or not later than February 23, 1:00 pm EST so we can fill your spot with a person from the waitlist. You will receive a full refund.
  • Cancel after February 23, 1:00 pm EST: No monetary refund.
