Adding Shirts, Books, or Dinner
Would you like to add The Origami Collection, T-shirts, and/or the Monday Dinner to your already-completed registration? Using the "Forgot Something?" registration form below, you can add any or all of these items to your Convention registration. This is only for people who have already registered; if you haven't yet registered, you'll find all of these options on the regular registration form.
If you add shirts and/or the Collection on your "Forgot Something?" form, you must pick them up at Convention or pay for shipping fees to get them delivered to your home after Convention. See the Shirts and Book page for details.
Notes:
- The "Forgot Something?" form does not check for duplicates or alter what's already in your regular registration. If you ordered a small T-shirt in your regular registration and order a medium on the add-on form, you'll get two T-shirts.
- You can only use this form once, so make sure you've included everything that you want to add to your Convention experience.

- Please log in to your web account to register "Forgot Something?" items.
Other Changes
For any other changes to your existing registration, such as:
- Adding, removing, or changing the days you take classes
- Removing shirts, books, or dinner
Please email convention-info [at] origamiusa.org and describe the change(s) you would like to make. The convention team will respond. There may be additional fees needed or you may be due a refund. Note that the deadline for refunds is July 5, 1:00 pm EDT.
