Tip: The earlier you register, the better your chances of getting your preferred classes when class requests open up. The popular classes will sell out before the conference.

Prices

We will have a PCOC Value Package (PVP) of $250 (with member's discount) for the whole weekend! Single day passes are also available. Details are on the Prices page.

Hotel

The conference will be held at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in downtown Sacramento, where the price will be $189/night, after applying our discount code. Learn more about hotel booking.

Day-to-Day Overview

Note: The Friday evening Welcome Reception and Saturday Banquet are included in the PVP package or may be purchased a la carte (see the Prices page). You will be on your own for all other meals, with many great area restaurants to choose from. More information can be found on our dining page.

Thursday, October 30

  • Early Registration/check-in: Open from 2:00 pm–6:00 pm and 7:00 pm–9:00 pm.
  • Dinner will be on your own.

Friday, October 31

This will be the first day of classes. Lectures, technique classes and model teaching will be spread throughout the weekend.

  • 8:30 am-6:00 pm — Register for Friday classes or request changes.
  • 9:00 am – PCOC Opening Sessions — Welcome session and formal introductions of our special guests, followed by presentations by each special guest.
  • Afternoon classes.
  • The day will conclude with a Welcome Reception and (NEW) Origami Games activity.

Saturday, November 1

  • 8:30 am-6:00 pm — Register for Saturday classes or request changes.
  • 9:30 am - Opening announcements
  • Morning and afternoon classes.
  • The day will conclude with our PCOC evening Banquet, announcement of Design Challenge winner(s) and live entertainment.

Sunday, November 2

  • 8:30 am-10:00 am — Register for Sunday classes or request changes.
  • 9:30 am - Opening announcements
  • Morning and afternoon classes.
  • Evening free-folding, socializing and networking. For those staying, dinner will be on your own.

Monday, November 3

There will be a post-PCOC Tour to Sutter’s Mill in the Gold Country near Sacramento. Further details are here.
