Main Registration

Registration categories are described below. PCOC offers three levels of attending, including an amazing PCOC Value Package (includes everything, except the Monday Tour, at a great price!), Day Passes, and options for free general attendance without classroom access.

Please note that everyone attending must fill out the registration form (see “Forms” below). Prices are detailed on the Prices page.

Early registration is essential for our planning purposes. With that in mind, we offer various incentives:

• Our pricing schedule includes a substantial discount (20% off) for early sign-up.
• We offer a PCOC Value Package (PVP) to early registrants at a great price. This is by far our most popular registration option. Please note that the PVP is only offered for a limited time (see prices page for dates).
• As an additional incentive, your priority ranking for class ticketing factors in early registration. See the "Class Assignment Period" section on the Taking Classes page for details.

Notifications via Email

We will be making several important announcements via email to registered attendees. Note that if you have selected "No Email from OrigamiUSA" in your Privacy settings, you will not receive these, so please visit your Privacy Settings and make sure that box is unchecked.

Registration Categories

Most people enjoy attending PCOC for all three days and take advantage of our popular PCOC value package (PVP). We also offer a Day Pass option for those who are only able to attend for one or two days. We have special registration categories for guardians, aides, and companions of payng attendees, as well as other approved visitors.

PCOC Value Package

The PCOC Value Package (PVP) is your best deal: attend all three days of classes, Opening Reception, Saturday Banquet, and receive a diagram book (print or PDF) and T-shirt, all as part of your package. You can also order additional books and T-shirts as additional priced items on your registration form. Note: The Monday Tour is not included and should be purchased as an add-on when registering.

Day Passes

If you can only attend one or two days in person, you can register for a Day Pass(es). Day Passes include classes as well as access to our community areas (Community Folding Room, Exhibition, Sales Area, and Silent Auction). Ticketed meals (Opening Reception and Saturday Banquet), diagram book, and T-shirts are available for purchase a la carte on your registration form.

Guardians, Aides, Companions, and Other Approved Visitors

Those wishing to attend PCOC without attending classes may register without charge if they fall under one of the categories below. Access to our community areas (Community Folding Room, Exhibition, Sales Area, and Silent Auction) is included but you cannot accompany your person into classrooms unless you are a regular paying registrant. Ticketed meals (Opening Reception and Saturday Banquet), diagram book, and T-shirts are available for purchase a la carte on your registration form.

Guardian/Aide

Non-folding guardians of under-age children must register as a guardian and may do so without charge, as may aides who are accompanying a person with special needs.

Young attendees (under age 18) should be registered under their own name. A space on the young attendee’s registration form is provided for specifying a guardian’s name.

An on-site guardian may be required depending on the age of the young attendees (see table below). If so, the guardian should register separately under their own name. A fee is required if the guardian will be taking classes.

9 and under	Required: A guardian must register as either PVP or Day Passes (see options) or as Guardian (without access to classes). For this age group, it is strongly recommended that the guardian register as PVP or Day Passes and fold along with their young attendee.
10 to 13	Required: A guardian must register as either PVP or Day Passes (see options) or as Guardian (without access to classes).
14 to 17	Not required: For this age group, having a guardian present is optional.

A guardian that is registered as Guardian will be given a badge that allows them access to the Community Folding Room.

Guardians may purchase the Friday Reception, Saturday Banquet, the diagram book, and/or T-shirts on their registration form.

Companion

If you are a non-folding companion of another attendee, you can attend PCOC for free. Access is limited to PCOC community areas.

Visitor

If you are not planning to attend classes (for example, if you are only interested in volunteering or being a vendor) and are not accompanying a class-attending registrant as a guardian, aide, nor companion, you may be granted a Visitor registration pass upon approval. Everyone who will be at the conference must register using the form linked below (once registration opens), even if you are only volunteering or accompanying a paying attendee.

Forgot Something Form

After registering, if you find you would like to add something (e.g. ticketed meals, diagram book, T-shirts) to your existing registration, please use the "Forgot Something" form.

Monday Tour Form

Signup for the Monday Tour is not on the main registration form (and is not part of the PVP). You can register for that separately here.
