Forgot Something?

Would you like to add something to your already-completed registration? Using the "Forgot Something?" form below, you can add the Welcome Reception, Saturday Banquet, diagram book, and/or T-shirts to your PCOC registration. Note: This is only for people who have already registered and wish to add to what they initially opted for. If you have not yet registered, you will have an opportunity to order these on the main registration form.

Please note that the "Forgot Something?" form does not check for duplicates nor alter what's already in your completed registration. For example, if you ordered a small T-shirt in your regular registration and then added a medium on the Forgot Something form, you will get two T-shirts.
