Area Coordinator- Lisa Song. Silent Auction volunteers monitor the silent auction merchandise and answer questions for those who come to bid. This activity will require standing in the sales room, and assisting in the vendor area when activity with the silent auction is minimal.

You can change or delete a signup until it has been approved; after that, you should contact the volunteer coordinator for changes.

Task: Monitoring

Monitor behavior of visitors, keep space organized, make pens available. Assist in sales area and monitoring Exhibition area as time allows.
