This is the origami version of the classic Halloween decoration. You've seen it, it looks like a witch who's crashed into a tree.
The model will feature a color change for the broomstick.
- The students should be very comfortable with open sink folds, and making accurate angle bisectors.
Supplies:
OrigamiUSA will supply paper, to be handed out by the teacher in class.The model starts from with an equilateral triangle. I'll start by showing how to cut one from a square. Scissors would be handy, but not required.
if the model is folded from duo paper, the broomstick will be the secondary color. The rest of the model will be the primary color.
