The hotel block will close October 6, 3:00 pm EDT. Some room nights may be already sold out.
Guests may see an "extra persons fee" on the confirmation when reserving for multiple guests. This charge is a company-wide fee, but does not apply to the Sheraton Grand Sacramento. The charge will not be applied to your bill at checkout.
We cannot guarantee this low price once the room block is full. We encourage you to reserve your hotel room as soon as possible, even if you're only considering going to PCOC, so that you don't miss any of the fun. Reservations can be canceled anytime up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
Our room block is open. Reserve your room for PCOC 2025. Attendees can also call 800-325-3535 and use group code PCR to make a reservation. Minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. You must have a valid credit card to check-in.
Parking is $35 per night for hotel guests. Many nearby parking lots offer daily parking and are less expensive than the hotel.

Elevators
The Community Folding Room and Sales Areas are located on the lower level. You can access this level via stairs or a small accessibility elevator. If you need to use the elevator, please allow extra time, as it accommodates only a few people at a time.
There are no restrooms on the lower level, but restrooms are available nearby in the Lobby Area.
All classrooms are located on the second floor, which can be reached using the main elevators.
