Area Coordinators - Komo Gauvreau and Lettie Speckman. Be the first friendly face that attendees see as they arrive! As a Registration check-in volunteer, you will play a key role in making check-in smooth and welcoming. Help assemble packets and Survival Kits on Wednesday and Thursday, set up the check-in area on Thursday and Friday, and greet attendees with everything they need to start their convention experience. If you love organization and meeting new people, this is the perfect way to be part of the excitement!

Below you will see all of the tasks you can sign up for and which ones you have already signed up for. You may sign up for any task and time slot below that has a "Sign up" link. You can change or delete a signup until it has been approved; after that, you should contact the volunteer coordinator for changes.
Task: Prep-work: Collating, Tote Packing, and Area Set up
Collate materials and pack convention bags for registration. Help set up Registration area. May involve hoisting heavy boxes.

Task: Check-in: Handing out Registration Packets, Tote Bags, etc.
Volunteers mark off names of registrants as they check-in and hand out registration packets, tote bags, etc., including pre-purchased diagram books and t-shirts. Volunteers must be welcoming, stand on their feet, deal with people under pressure and handle a high volume at times. Must be able to find packets quickly, arranged in alphabetical order, and troubleshoot issues that arise with meals, T-shirts, etc.
