When class requests open, you will make requests and see your assignments on your personalized My Classes page, which is at Convention 2023 > My Convention > My Classes in the Convention 2023 menu.
Teaching Classes
This page gives information and links to sign up to teach classes at Convention 2023. The success of Convention depends on our volunteer teachers! And teachers get extra priority when class assignments are being made.
Taking Classes
This page gives details of the class ticketing process for those who are attending Convention in person. In brief: you will request classes in early June and order them by priority, then receive assignments shortly before Convention starts. Once everyone has received initial assignments, you'll be able to add or drop classes to/from your schedule, subject to class size limits and conflicts.
Previews
This page shows classes that have been submitted to be taught and approved, but are not yet scheduled. You can peruse these to see what will likely be taught, but note that this is preliminary; there's no guarantee that any class listed here will make it to the final schedule.
Schedules
This page tells what classes are being offered and when once classes have been scheduled. There are also pages to let you search for a specific class and several versions of the schedule formatted for printing.
