Dan's Rosette is a complex geometrical model folded from an octagon. We will cut the octagon in the beginning of the class from a square. The model has a self-repeating pattern. We will aim for 3 iterations, but it's possible to finish after two. In the picture, the light blue one has 3 iterations (levels); the dark blue one has 2. Note: Cutting is needed only to cut an octagon from a square. This model requires advanced folding skills. Precision is especially important and so is patience.
