Down, Boy!

A fantastic model of a standing puppy. Everyone else will be amazed that your origami dog can do tricks (theirs probably can't!) The hardest part of folding this model by far is two closed sinks (one on each side). Besides this step, the model is intermediate-level. If you've done a few closed sinks before, you'll have no problem.Recommended paper is 6" kami. Getting the dog to balance can require a lot of patience, so be prepared to deal with frustration!
