Masu Box Variations

Students will review the traditional Masu box, then fold one with a corner missing and two variations of a double Masu, which are rectangular. This is a two period class but students with time limitations can take just the first half and not do the double variations. For the double variations, students will be folding two sheets of paper together. 9-inch square paper will be provided for the class for the double Masu. The single masu can be made from 6" Kami or the larger paper. The one with the missing corner uses rectangular copy machine paper.
