There is a lot of folding and unfolding but because of the symmetries, the steps come in groups. The final model emerges magically after reinforcing certain crease lines.

Supplies:
One piece of paper, regular 8 - 10 inch kami (color on one side and white on the other) would do. It is important to see the crease lines. For a second model, you can go bigger with slightly thicker scrapbook paper or card stock (make sure it is square). It is a model to show off fancy paper.
