The One-Sided Dog can stand or it can be glued to a card. See PDF diagrams.

I started learning origami at Isfahan University of Technology (in Isfahan, Iran), where I was an undergraduate math student. We had a research group, and at the beginning, I wanted to study the theoretical and mathematical parts of origami, but after some folding experience I discovered an interest in the artistic aspect of origami. This model (One-Sided Dog) is my first design.

The ideas leading me to design new models often cross my mind when I’m asleep. I enjoy trying to design minimal and simple classic origami models and also thinking about making the folding process as easy as possible.

A short video on how to fold the tail.
