Nudibranchs are some of my favorite animals. Called the butterflies of the sea, they come in an astonishing variety of shapes and colors. Many nudibranchs have a pair of ornately shaped sensory tentacles called rhinophores, near the front, and a feathery set of branchial plumes toward the rear. This model is based upon Jeffrey Rutzky’s Sliming Snail model in his book “Bugagami.”

Paper: It is best to use roughly 10 inch or larger paper. Regular origami paper is fine. Foil paper better holds some of the final shaping.
