I'm confused about the bottom triangle in Fig. 10 and its explaination. It says s/b=b/h=ϕ. Did you mean b/(2h) or is the drawing not to scale?

The first three equations enclosed in the box on the lower right of Figure 10 apply to the general golden triangle box (with s/b=phi). The relations on the next line, s/b=phi, b/h=phi, apply to the more-constrained double-golden-triangle box, with h set equal to b/phi in the expression for y (second equation). The crease diagram is drawn so as to apply to the general case, and not to the special case of the double-golden-triangle box.
