With Valentine’s Day around the corner, I felt that it was the perfect time to share this model. The model is simple — six square units form the basic cube, and six smaller squares are used to make the heart inserts.
Using the same principle, it is possible to create variations. For instance, instead of the heart inserts, we can fold a slight variation of the traditional Sailboat and insert it into the pockets. Folded with the right colors, it will resemble the OrigamiUSA logo. So there are several possibilities. Keep exploring and happy folding!
