I created this owl for a Halloween artist trading card. It was meant to look a bit ghostly, so I raised its wings into a haunting position. Spooky Owl isn’t hard to fold, and it can easily be made small enough to fit on a card.
Even though real owls are predators, I find them enchanting and am honored that a barred owl once graced our urban backyard with a visit.
